Attention: Our restaurant remains closed every last Sunday of the month!
Monday - Thursday: 15-21 p.m. (kitchen closes 8:00 p.m.)
Friday: 14-22 p.m. (kitchen closes 8:00 p.m.)
Saturday: 11:30-22:00 (kitchen closing 20:00)
Sunday: 11:30 a.m. — 5 p.m. (kitchen closes at 4 p.m.)
The end times depend on hotel occupancy and can certainly be brought forward. Registrations are therefore recommended. Changes to the specified times for groups or celebrations are possible upon reservation and require prior arrangement.

Beef roulade
Our tender beef roulade is traditionally filled with bacon, onions, and pickles, slowly braised, and served with a rich gravy and classic side dishes.

Colorful Bowl
A vibrant bowl with fresh vegetables, crunchy nuts, exotic mango, and a creamy dressing. Healthy, colorful, and full of flavor.

Grill Platter
Hearty grill platter with bratwurst, Mutzbraten (marinated roasted pork), and Rostbrätel (grilled pork steak), served with mustard, ketchup, and fresh coleslaw. A hearty delight.
